Study TitleBAF60a LKO Liver specific knockout Bile acid
Study SummaryTwelve weeks old WT and BAF60a Liver specfific knockout mice were fed with high cholesterol diet for 8 weeks. Mice were sacrified after 4 h of starvation. Blood samples were harvested by heart puncture for plasma. Liver were dissected and immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen. All the samples were kept in -80oC freezer for long term storage
