Collection Summary:Upon euthanasia, blood was collected via cardiac puncture in EDTA tubes and stored on ice until plasma isolation. Plasma isolation was done at 4oC for 20 min 800g. Plasma immediately was frozen in liquid ntirogen and stored at -80oC until sended to Metabolon Inc
