Study TitleAn overexpression of lipoprotein lipase leads to an alteration in the skeletal muscle metabolome in transgenic rabbits
Study SummaryThe purpose of the current study was to characterize the skeletal muscle metabolome in the lipoprotein lipase (LPL) transgenic rabbits. The skeletal muscle metabolite profile was analyzed using capillary electrophoresis time-of flight mass spectrometry in the control rabbits and LPL transgenic rabbits (n = 9, each group).
