Study TitleMetabolomics of blood plasma and kidney tissue from control (db/m) and diabetic (db/db) mice.
Study TypeMS/MSMS analysis
Study SummaryPlasma and kidney from control (db/m) and diabetic (db/db) mice on regular or eNOS -/- background. Some mice received treatment (20 mg/kg/d lisinopril + 30 mg/kg/d losartan) for 12 wk (starting at 12 wk age). Samples paired (plasma/tissue from individual mice). Samples snap frozen and stored at -80 until use.
