Study TitleMetabolomics of mice inoculated with human stool (part II)
Study TypeMS analysis
Study SummaryBlood was collected from the facial vein of humanized mice immediately prior to euthansia via CO2 inhalation. Blood sat at room temperature for 20 minutes, and then was centrifuged at 12000g for 10 minutes at 4 C. Serum was removed to a new eppendorf tube and immediately placed on ice, and then samples were subsequently stored at - 20 C until the present.
