Study SummaryUnderstand the bile acid profiles from the feces of fecal microbiota transplant FMT patients that successfully recover from recurrent C. difficile infection. The assay is intended to generate the profile of central metabolism, including glycolysis, pentose-phosphate shunt, TCA cycle and nucleotide pools.
