Study TitleMeasurement of free amino acid (AA) in response to MYC
Study Typetreatment
Study SummaryThe proposed study will provide us information how the different AAs are affected by MYC. MYC is known to cause increased levels of glutamin due to import and synthesis, but we hypothesize that the overall pool of free AA in the cells is reduced, especially when cells are starved.

Project DOI:doi: 10.21228/M8DK5C
Project Title:Myc-directed suppression of autophagy provides therapeutic vulnerabilities targeting amino acid homeostasis
Project Type:Targeted LCMS Metabolomics
Project Summary:Hypothesis:MYC is suppressing the autophagy pathway which leads to impaired recycling of proteins and reduced free AA in the cells.
