After shaking for 6 minutes at 4 °C, 62 μL H2O was added and followed by centrifugation for 2 minutes. Supernatants were dried down for further analysis. Polar metabolites were extracted from serum using the extraction buffer containing methanol: acetonitrile: H2O (40:40:20). |
