"SAMPLEPREP":{"SAMPLEPREP_SUMMARY":"Frozen liver tissue was homegenized in 4.6 ml h20:methanol (5:3) mixture and homegenized, 2.9 ml chloroform was added,vortexed and spun down at 5,000G. Top layer was removed and blown down with nitrogen and reconstituted in 400 l 10mM tetrabutylammonium (TBA)+10mM acetate (pH 5). A further 1:16 dilution was performed for analysis of acetyl-CoA.
