SP:SAMPLEPREP_SUMMARY            	The samples were mixed with 1500 µL of 50% acetonitrile in water (v/v)
SP:SAMPLEPREP_SUMMARY            	containing internal standards (20 μM) and homogenized by a homogenizer (4500
SP:SAMPLEPREP_SUMMARY            	rpm, 60 sec × 10 times). The supernatant (400 µL) was then filtrated through
SP:SAMPLEPREP_SUMMARY            	5-kDa cut-off filter (ULTRAFREE-MC-PLHCC, Human Metabolome Technologies,
SP:SAMPLEPREP_SUMMARY            	Yamagata, Japan) to remove macromolecules. The filtrate was centrifugally
SP:SAMPLEPREP_SUMMARY            	concentrated and resuspended in 50 µL of ultrapure water immediately before the
