SP:SAMPLEPREP_SUMMARY            	at 21,000 x g, and 150 µl of the cleared metabolite extracts were transferred
SP:SAMPLEPREP_SUMMARY            	to autosampler vials and dried using a SpeedVac vacuum concentrator (Thermo).
