On the basis of visual screening by the surgeons tissue specimens CO:COLLECTION_SUMMARY includes NMIBC lesions and adjacent tissues of urinary bladder. The tissues CO:COLLECTION_SUMMARY specimens were snap frozen in liquid nitrogen during surgical resection and CO:COLLECTION_SUMMARY stored in cryo-vials at -80 degree Centigrade till Spectral recording.
