Early progression of HGSC was marked by increased levels of PR:PROJECT_SUMMARY phosphatidylcholines and phosphatidylethanolamines. In contrast, later stages PR:PROJECT_SUMMARY were marked by more diverse lipids alterations, including fatty acids and their PR:PROJECT_SUMMARY derivatives, triglycerides, ceramides, hexosylceramides, sphingomyelins, PR:PROJECT_SUMMARY lysophosphatidylcholines, and phosphatidylinositols.
