Here, metabonomics was applied to study of effect of GAA on central ST:STUDY_SUMMARY carbon metabolism in A549 cells. The metabolomic data showed that GAA ST:STUDY_SUMMARY significantly decreased tricarboxylic acid cycle ralated metabolites and ST:STUDY_SUMMARY significantly increased glycolysis-related metabolites. These results indicated ST:STUDY_SUMMARY that GAA could inhibite oxidative phosphorylation in A549 cells.
