Targeted ST:STUDY_SUMMARY profiling of 50 metabolites using UHPLC-MS showed that changes in a pool of ST:STUDY_SUMMARY metabolites between WT and MUT cell lines positively correlated with predictions ST:STUDY_SUMMARY of the machine learning framework.
