Media was removed, and the cells were CO:COLLECTION_SUMMARY washed 1X with ice-cold 150 mM ammonium acetate in LC-MS grade water. Cells were CO:COLLECTION_SUMMARY harvested with 200 μL of ice-cold methanol and frozen at -80°C until sample CO:COLLECTION_SUMMARY preparation.
