Methoxyamine hydrochloride in pyridine and N-methyl-N-trimethylsilyltrifluoroacetamide were added to the samples as derivatizing agents, then they were thoroughly mixed and centrifuged, after which the upper 50 μl of each sample was transferred to a vial. |
