Chromatography Summary:For hydrophilic interaction (HILIC) chromatography, 5 µl of the prepared samples were injected for analysis. An ultimate 3000 UPLC XBridge BHE Amide column (2.1 x 100 mm, 2.5 µm; Waters Corporation) was used and maintained at 35℃ for separation. The mobile phase was delivered at 0.35mL/min. The mobile phase A consisted of 20mM ammonium acetate in the water of pH 9.0 and mobile phase B was 100% acetonitrile. The elution gradient is used as follows: 0 min-85% B, 2 min-10% B, 14 min- 10% B, 14.1 min- 85% B, 16 min- 85%B.
