Shake 5 min at 4oC. 5. Centrifuge 2 min at 14,000 rcf. 6. Aliquot 2 x 450 uL supernatant. 7. Pool remaining supernatant. 8. Dry primary aliquots completely in centrivap. Store backups at -20oC |
