Sample Preparation:

Sampleprep ID:SP001123
Sampleprep Summary:Sweat samples were collected, pooled, and frozen on liquid nitrogen. Following, frozen samples were lyophilized and frozen until analysis. Samples were run in 2 SDS-PAGE gels, excised, digested, and analyzed by LS-MS-MS. Gel 1 was loaded based on 175ug of sweat peptides (Factor) and Gel 2 was loaded based on 2ug of protein (Factor).
