Project Title:Identification of Factors Influencing Nucleoside Analog Sensitivity
Project Summary:The metabolomic profiles of cytogenetically different AML cell lines are associated with variability in response of these cell lines to nucleoside analogs. The treatment with nucleoside analog (cytarabine) would result in changes in the metabolomic profile of the AML cell lines.
