Project Title:NEFA Profile Response to Triphenyl Phosphate Exposure
Project Summary:This study aims to identify changes in non-esterified fatty acid (NEFAs) in the plasma with triphenyl phosphate (TPP) exposure. UC Davis type 2 diabetes mellitus (UCD-T2DM) rats were treated with TPP or not treated. Each group was analyzed for non-esterified fatty acid (NEFA) changes to investigate alterations in NEFAs due to TPP exposure. Targeted analysis of NEFA in rat plasma samples was performed by the Newman lab.
