Project Title:Leukemia inhibitory factor suppresses hepatic de novo lipogenesis and induces cachexia
Project Summary:We performed metabolomic analysis to measure polar and lipid metabolites in the serum from TgLC and TgL mice with Tamoxifen (TAM) injection. Mice under both fed and fasted conditions were included.
