Project Title:Metabolomics Analysis of Zebrafish Liver Under Long-Term BPF Exposure
Project Summary:In this project, we exposed both female and male adult zebrafish to blank, 1, 10 and 100 μg/L bisphenol F (BPF) for 7 weeks to study the influence of chronic BPF exposure on adult zebrafish liver. After experiments, fish were euthanized and metabolites were extracted from zebrafish liver for untargeted metabolomics analysis. This project aims to provide an integrative picture of sex-dependent metabolic alterations induced by chronic BPF exposure on adult zebrafish.
