| Project Summary: | This project characterizes the bacterial communities and metabolomic signatures associated with psychrophilic and thermophilic isolates from raw cow’s milk collected across seven dairy farms in Xinjiang, China. We performed 16S rRNA gene sequencing on milk and associated environmental samples and carried out untargeted LC–MS metabolomics on isolates re-inoculated into sterilized milk (positive and negative ion modes). The dataset supports microbial source tracking, strain-specific metabolite profiling, and assessment of potential risks to milk quality and safety. |
