Sampleprep Summary:Frozen and milled liver tissue was suspended to 10 mg/ml in an extraction solution containing methanol/acetonitrile/water at a ratio of 5:3:2 (v/v/v). Suspensions were vortexed at 4C for 30 minutes and centrifuged at 10,000 g for 10 minutes, 4C. Supernatants were isolated and analyzed by LC-MS.
