Study SummaryThis experiment was performed in wild type vs. CD39 knockout (KO) mice that had received infusions of either saline or apyrase over the course of 2 weeks. Whole blood was obtained via intracardiac puncture, and was drawn into a syringe prefilled with an anti-enzyme stop solution.
