Sample Preparation:

Sampleprep ID:SP000927
Sampleprep Summary:Weigh 30mg of the lyophilized and pulverized sample into clean Eppendorf tube and record weight. Add 20μL of Metabolites Internal Standard Mix to each sample. Add 750 μL of Methanol and 750 μL of 10mM Ammonium Acetate to each sample. Homogenize for 30 seconds at 1800 rpm on the BeadBeater. Sonicate for 10-20 minutes at room temperature. Centrifuge at room temperature for 10 minutes at 17,000 xg. Transfer 50 μL of supernatant to a labeled LC vial with a fused insert. Transfer the rest of the supernatant to a labeled 2 mL LC Vial with no fused insert to store in -80°C.
