Study TitleMetabolomics and metagenomics of pediatric obesity (Feces)
Study SummaryPediatric obesity has grown as important global health problem in the world. The pediatric obesity affects all the organs and it is closely linked to risks of metabolic diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and mental disease. However, the mechanism of both the pediatric obesity and treatment of the obesity remains unclear. Therefore, we investigated metabolomic pathways related to the pediatric obesity and the treatment through metabolomics and metagenomics approaches.
