Study Title | Standardized gnotobiotic mouse model for NMR based phenotyping |
Study Summary | Germ-free mice were inoculated with 15 representative bacterial strains selected from specific pathogen-free mice. All three microbiota mouse models were generated in two different facility sites and collected plasma sample phenotyped by NMR. 58 mice from Facility 1 (32 males and 26 females) and 59 mice from Facility 2 (29 males and 30 females) were used for analysis. |
