Study TitleLeukemia inhibitory factor suppresses hepatic de novo lipogenesis and induces cachexia (Fenofibrate)
Study SummaryTo investigate whether fenofibrate can restore hepatic lipid homeostasis, TgLC mice were fed with a regular chow or fenofibrate diet. Lipid metabolites in liver tissues were analyzed after Tamoxifen injection. A similar effect of fenofibrate on lipid metabolites was observed in C26 tumor-bearing mice.
