Sample Preparation:
Sampleprep ID: | SP001100 |
Sampleprep Summary: | Samples were vortexed for 3 seconds to homogenize. Added 30 µL of each sample to a 1.5 mL eppendorf tube. Added 1 mL of extraction solvent (3:3:2 ACN:IPA:Water). Vortexed for 10 seconds. Shake for 6 minutes at 4°C. Centrifuged for 2 minutes at 14000 rcf. Aliquoted 2 x 475 µL portions of the supernatant into new tubes. Save one aliquote at -20°C for backup and dry the other in a centrivap to complete dryness. After the sample is dry, add 500 µL of 50:50 ACN:IPA. Centifuged for 2 minutes at 14000 rcf. Aliquoted 475 µL of supernatant to a new tube. Evaporate to complete dryness in centrivap. Submit for derivitzation. |
