Cells were harvested using (i) trypsinization, (ii) scraping, (iii) methanol fixation and scraping, (iV) methanol fixation, scraping, and drying. Targeted metabolomics analysis of organic acids, amino acids, and acycarnitines was conducted at Mayo Clinic Metabolomics Core Facility. |
